Frequently Asked Questions
Our check-in time is 1PM and our check-out time is 11AM. We do offer early arrival if your site is available, but you must call ahead to confirm beforehand. We also offer late arrival for our guests. We have a white night box that we would put your information in for you to collect upon arrival. If you would like a late checkout, you can pay $25 for a checkout up to 3PM during the summer season. Any stay later than 3PM, would require payment for another night.
Cancelling your reservation 8 or more days from your reservation date would receive a refund, less a $15 service charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of your reservation date would not receive a refund. If you have already made a deposit, but wish to move your reservation date instead of cancelling, we would honor your deposit as long as it’s within the same travel season. We do not refund on holiday weekends or for inclement weather.
